We recently bought a Golf from Mark and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was polite, professional, and an excellent salesman who made everything stress-free. When a small issue came up with the car, he handled it with complete understanding and even provided us with a temporary car while it was being sorted. That level of care and service is rare these days, and we really appreciated it. I couldn’t recommend Mark highly enough – if you’re looking for a car, he’s the person to see!

Honestly such a good experience here! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They weren’t pushy at all, just really helpful and easy to talk to. The process was way smoother than I expected and they made sure I understood everything before I signed. Drove off in a car I’m absolutely stoked with, couldn’t be happier. Called meerkat motors to check out a car on there website was told it was just in so went to have a look was met by one of the guys who showed me the car and asked if I wanted to take it out for a test drive. Came back spoke with the owner Mark who said he would have it ready in two days paid a deposit and picked the car up which looked great after being detalied and serviced. Highly recommend visiting Mark at Meerkat Motors! I recently moved to Perth from the UK and desperately needed a car as I had started a new job. Browsed many dealers and cars online, viewed and test drove a couple that weren't a good fit until I saw an Audi A1 come up online at Meerkat Motors. I arranged to view and test drive the car easily, Mark and his team were very responsive and attentive. When I got to the dealership the car did have a small bit of damage that I couldn't quite see on the photos, however they only had the car for 1-2 days and were planning to fix the bodywork anyway. It test drove well, low milage and the interior was in great condition. After a discussion they agreed to also put it through a new service for me as it was due a month later, get the small bit of bodywork fixed before I picked it up and I also got a free year of basic warranty through them. When I picked the car up it was in great condition and just been cleaned for me too! If you're hunting for a car here in Perth, check out their stock online but do go and speak to Mark as he was so helpful!

I am very appreciative of this business - the owner Mark and staff Malitha pride themselves on quality products (cars) and perfect customer service. Purchased car. The central locking wasnt working and thanks to the team and outsourced to local mechanic to source part and repaired. The team was so customer focused not on one occasion but several and exceeded expectations. I hope they enjoy the pastries and freshly made pork/pawn spring rolls .. thank you Mark and Malitha solid service. 👍

Absolutely great service. I came into the dealership looking for a car and I saw they were bringing in an Hyundai i45, I asked the salesperson on site about it and he told me that he would get it serviced and some of the paint fixed before selling it and to leave a deposit, and the car was ready for pick up the next day. Prior to handing it over they had serviced it, replaced two of the tired, detailed it, filled in damages to a rear door, painted over the fill in, repainted both the bumpers, and buffed the paint coat where there were minor scratches from the previous owner, all painting and filling was done by a paint shop down the road and cost more then $1500. They had not charged me any extra then the original discussed price. On pick up of the car I met the owner and had a nice chat, absolutely great bloke. I would recommend they were a great help in finding a car, would recommend anyone searching for a first car to come here as they were aiding me each step of the way and they provided a 1 year warranty for multiple aspects to the vehicle including engine maintenance, turbo maintenance and so on. 10/10 service and I would go back again.

Bought a white Kia Soul from Meerkat Motors recently and had such a good experience! Mark and Malitha was welcoming and helped me through everything, before and after the sale. Malitha was always quick to reply to my texts and made the whole process feel easy. They even cleaned the car right after I bought it and kindly covered an extra 3 months of Rego since it was about to expire. There was a small delay with the ownership transfer, but Malitha made sure I was looked after until it was all sorted. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The Kia’s been running great so far, we're really happy with the purchase. Huge thanks to Mark and Malitha, now I'm driving off happy with a Kia and a meerkat keychain. 😊

Had the best experience with Meerkat Motors! I haven’t experienced customer service like it. Malitha and mark were really helpful! I initially went to view a car with them and they took the time to ensure I had the right car for me, and did this at a really good price. They made sure that I was booked in for a free service and even cleaned my car when I brought it back in. The price of the cars were very well priced and customer service was amazing.
